Forest Floor Ferret

Heyo, here's a little ferret I have been working on in between projects for about a month now. I will finally call it finished!! He was inspired by a lot of hikes I have been doing, looking at the forest floor and all the wonderful different species of ferns and moss and leaves! But I see a lot of the same kinds frequently, such as these! I'm not even sure what they're called, but I saw them so much I had to make a painting. And a ferret because..... yeah.... ferrets! XD It's not quite mine, it started out being similar to slinky but I left it more gray and lighter colors

Also, I filmed part of it! I've been trying to have a youtube channel but its so hard for me to film myself, I a) just feel super nervous about it and b) I paint a lot at starbucks soooo theres no camera! But I managed to get most of the splotchy salt wash "floor", most of the leaves, and mushrooms. I'd love for you to check it out!
