New year, new journal

Welp today is my last day of core, and I really loved it. I wanted to say thank you again to whoever my anonymous person was!

I tried to use extra thumbnails in all my deviations and ad-free blablabla it was cool and I felt very special.

I've really been in a rut for a while now and I'm just trying to pull through. I'm working on a series that I haven't shared on here yet, that I plan to run a kickstarter for! It's a children's illustration type style, but I imagine the book being for adults and kids. Well, I mean I still like lots of children's stories. I don't think there's an age expiration. I do share wip's over on my instagram as I'm working on it, I post daily over there of what I'm working on. I don't like to clog up my pretty DA... just finished things here ^_^ my instagram is same name, Ellofayne. 

I finished the trilogy of mermaid portraits. I might do more, or maybe dryads or something... I like doing faces and they actually go a lot quicker than smaller scenes with tons of plants and stuff
